At COGI, we want your shopping experience to be simple, convenient, and enjoyable. Our products are made with creativity and care, and we work with our print-on-demand and logistics partners to deliver your orders to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing and Delivery Time

COGI products are fulfilled through print-on-demand and shipping partners, including Qikink.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 8–9 business days from the date your order is confirmed, subject to product availability, production requirements, and delivery location.

This timeline includes order processing, product manufacturing, packing, dispatch, and transit wherever applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, holidays, and other operational circumstances.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is forwarded for processing and production.

As many COGI products are made on demand, additional time may be required to manufacture, print, and prepare your order before dispatch.

Orders are generally processed on business days. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak shopping periods may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to serviceable locations within India, subject to courier availability and the delivery options displayed at checkout.

If international shipping is offered for a particular order, the applicable delivery options, charges, customs duties, and taxes will be communicated where relevant.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping offers will be subject to the conditions specified in the relevant promotion.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout, where tracking is available.

You can use the tracking details to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated 8–9 business days, delays may occur because of:

Courier or logistics disruptions.
Public holidays or peak shopping periods.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
Weather conditions or natural events.
Manufacturing or fulfilment delays.
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with our fulfilment or courier partner.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

7. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and other required delivery information.

If an order is delayed or returned because of incorrect address details, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, please contact us for assistance.

Any additional shipping charges for re-delivery or address correction will be communicated where applicable and permitted by law.

8. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, is defective, is misprinted, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. An unboxing video may also help us verify the issue.

We will review the claim and coordinate with our fulfilment partner to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Replacement Policy and applicable law.
